Artist, maker and creative host based in Chania, Crete.
Through Driftlove I invite travelers to slow down, create something with their own hands and take home a meaningful memory of their journey.
My story
I was born and raised in Czech republic, where my creative path began.
Over the years I explored many forms of art - from beadwork, lampwork to fashion and exhibitions.
In 2007 I moved to the island of Crete. The sea, the light and the slower pace of life inspired a new chapter in my journey and Driftlove was born.
Today I combine my artistic backround with my love for nature and travel, creating workshops and handmade creations that carry the spirit of the slow life in Crete.

Living in Crete changed the way I create.

Why Driftlove
Driftlove was created from simple idea:
Every travel changes us, like the driftwood is changed by its journey from the tree to the seashore.
The most valuable souvenirs are not something we buy, but something we create and connect with ourselves.
Each piece you make in a workshop carries a memory, a feeling and a part of your journey.
Today
I host small creative workshops in Chania where you can design your own suncatcher, key chain, charm or bracelet using driftwood and natural materials.
Private sessions, small groups and a relaxed atmosphere - this is what is Driftlove about.
