All Driftlove products are prepared and shipped from Chania, Crete, Greece.
Orders are carefully packed to protect handmade and delicate items during transport.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing time: 2-21 days depending on location
Shipping origin: Chania, Crete, Greece
Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping service. International deliveries may take longer due to postal or customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact Driftlove within 14 days of delivery at [tvůj kontaktní e-mail] before sending the item back.
After notifying us, the product must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. We may wait to issue the refund until the returned goods have been received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
Driftlove will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect goods will not be charged to the customer.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Items made specifically to your personal specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Handmade Products
Driftlove products are handmade and often incorporate natural materials such as shells and driftwood. Small variations in colour, shape, texture and dimensions are part of the individual character of handmade and natural materials and are not considered defects.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Legal Guarantee
Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
